Sophia Boutsakis is a multidisciplinary artist whose practice includes painting, drawing, sculpture, photography and print media. Her process is often an exploration of repeated subject matter across these mediums, with a concentration on materiality. Sophia was born and raised in North Vancouver, British Columbia. She is privileged to reside and create as an uninvited guest on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territory of the Squamish, Musqueam, and Tsleil-Waututh Nations.
