*Registration and payments must be made separately for each individual artist, including those who are part of a collective. This ensures accuracy for listings, website search, membership list and payments.
Online
- Log in to your account.
- Online payment is via PayPal, where you will also have the option to pay by credit card.
- Please be sure to enter the same email address that is associated with your Crawl artist account.
- Please do not pay for more than one member artist at one time—register each payment separately.
- Paying online will automatically activate your registration.
E-transfer
- Login to your account
- Select the E-transfer option at checkout and place your order.
- Send your e-transfer to ac@eastsideartssociety.ca. Please use your order ID as the payment reference.
- Paying via e-transfer will activate your registration within a few days.
Paying by cheque
- Please make cheques payable to “Eastside Arts Society”.
- Please include a note with your name and the email address associated with your artist account.
- Cheques can be mailed or dropped off at either of these two locations:

This location is currently closed to the public, with access only for tenants. If you have access and are dropping off, please slide payment under the door of suite 108.

Refunds
The refund deadline is Sept 1, 2023. All refund requests received on or before Sept 1 will be honoured, and issued in the form of payment originally received.
There is a $35 administration processing fee. Request a refund by email, or call 778-379-4545.
