Penny Eisenberg
penny eisenberg makes paintings and drawings within a tradition of
representation; simultaneously exploring the abstract qualities of
the oil paint medium and mark making. interested in a wide wide of genres including
landscape, urbanscape, figures and interiors, from historical and contemporary perspectives. penny has maintained a studio practice in east Vancouver since graduating from Emily Carr in 1995 and has exhibited in both public and private galleries. a regular exhibiter in the eastside culture crawl, and public and private galleries. penny’s work is collected in private and corporate collections in Canada, United States, Taiwan, England, Belgium and Germany.
