Meg Ida dwells in the clay realm and hops along the trope trail of figurative salt & pepper shakers.  Meg’s Movers & Shakers series couples the famous & obscure, for example, Marx Brothers: Karl Marx & Groucho Marx; Mohatma Gandhi & Martin Luther King; Jean-Paul Sartre & Simone deBeauvoir etc…and many others. Meg graduated from Emily Carr University of Art & Design and has maintained a ceramics studio since 1999. Past exhibitions have been at Surrey Art Gallery, Evergreen Cultural Centre, Banff Centre for the Arts & 4by4 on 5th Avenue.
