Through layered textures, intuitive mark-making, and nuanced colour, I translate sensations into visual form—landscapes of places that express a kind of emotional geography and  expressionistic portraits of women that reclaim space for complexity, defiance, and vulnerability, through unrefined brushwork and bold splashes of colour.
