Floral Painting Demo

Elizabeth Cross will give a demonstration of how she makes a blank white canvas come to life with colour and incredible texture utilizing acrylic paint, moulding paste and special techniques. She will demonstrate her special technique utilizing her fingers to create incredible movements in the art and show how to create drips.

Elizabeth Cross is a talented and passionate artist based in Vancouver, BC, whose vibrant works are deeply influenced by her love for nature, the environment, and sustainability. With a diverse educational background, she attended the University of British Columbia and the BC Institute of Technology, where she studied Bio-Resource Engineering, art, and welding. Her multidisciplinary education has allowed her to combine her scientific knowledge with her artistic sensibilities, resulting in a unique perspective on the world.
