To increase accessibility for artists working from home, the Eastside Arts Society (EAS) is launching a pilot project for the 2024 Crawl. This initiative will allow five home-based artists, who are unable to open their studios to the public, the opportunity to display their work at a dedicated pop-up studio which will be hosted at Progress Lab 1422. Progress Lab 1422 has played a pivotal role in Vancouver’s performing arts scene, fostering creativity and innovation for over a decade. Renowned as a hub for experimentation, dozens of productions originating here have reached audiences locally and beyond. Managed by the nonprofit C-Space since 2012, the venue continues to push boundaries, exploring new ways for performing arts spaces to thrive with purpose and intention.
