Crows Electromusic makes unique electronic musical instruments that invite self-expression and thoughtful exploration of sound's ability to shape and transform our emotions and our experience of the world. These instruments facilitate a direct connection between makers and music, unlocking creativity and play. Crows is an ongoing project to create meaningful creative tools, while exploring ways to subvert the capitalist death-spiral of climate destruction and labour exploitation. The instruments are handmade in East Van, using up-cycled materials whenever available. For Culture Crawl, we will have an interactive setup where you can explore harmonic and dissonant sound using our instruments.
