Wednesday, November 5th @ 7:00 PM – Online

Talking Art is a curated series of artist talks and conversations held in advance of the Eastside Culture Crawl festival. The Talking Art program take place virtually, with each artist talk being presented online and hosted by a moderator. This program will further provide an opportunity for artists to expose their work and ideas to the public and for the public to get a more intimate opportunity to see work in a variety of media by artists in their communities.

Collective Perspectives in Analogue Film

Online discussion with:

  • Isaac Forsland
  • Nisha Platzer

Filmmakers Nisha Platzer and Isaac Forsland present recent analogue works that embrace the collaborative spirit of collective filmmaking. Through shared processes, layered authorship, and tactile experimentation, these films reflect on how analogue practices can foster vulnerability, trust, and new modes of storytelling.

Curated & Moderated by Kate MacDonald
